Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop sales within your assigned sector by conducting face-to-face meetings with SME owners
• Sell Flatpay's innovative payment solutions using provided qualified leads
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
• Actively prospect on the ground through door-to-door visits and cold calling
• Generate new business opportunities and develop a local network through client referrals
• Manage the delivery and installation of sold solutions
• Train clients on how to use the equipment to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Requirements

• Strong motivation for field sales, ideally in a B2B or customer-oriented environment
• Comfortable working towards quantitative sales targets and KPIs
• Proficiency with commercial tools and CRM systems for pipeline management
• High level of autonomy, perseverance, and resilience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make an impact
• Valid driving license (Permis B) is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management is a plus
