About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop sales within your assigned sector by conducting face-to-face meetings with SME owners
- Sell Flatpay's innovative payment solutions using provided qualified leads
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
- Actively prospect on the ground through door-to-door visits and cold calling
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a local network through client referrals
- Manage the delivery and installation of sold solutions
- Train clients on how to use the equipment to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Requirements
- Strong motivation for field sales, ideally in a B2B or customer-oriented environment
- Comfortable working towards quantitative sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency with commercial tools and CRM systems for pipeline management
- High level of autonomy, perseverance, and resilience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make an impact
- Valid driving license (Permis B) is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management is a plus
