Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new customers and market opportunities within the North-West Hungary region.
• Build, maintain, and expand long-term customer relationships to drive business growth.
• Lead customer meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop strong operational knowledge to manage and enhance contractual relationships with existing clients.
• Recognize market trends and contribute innovative, customer-focused ideas.
• Manage the full sales cycle in close collaboration with internal teams to deliver results.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or B2B service sales.
• Conversational English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Category B driving licence and a willingness to travel.
• Strong sales mindset with a persuasive and credible personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain flexible and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
