Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Obtain, maintain, and grow a customer base within a defined territory
• Attain and exceed monthly sales goals through a consultative approach including prospecting, discovery, and closing
• Install and provide onsite and online training for all ALLDATA product lines
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention goals by resolving customer issues
• Cultivate relationships with strategic distribution partners and provide input on industry trends
• Represent the company at local tradeshows, customer events, and partner events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of proven direct sales success
• Proficiency with online meeting software (WebEx or Clearslide preferred)
• Experience using sales CRM programs (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency and ability to operate standard web browsers
• Ability to type at least 30 wpm

• Previous experience within the automotive industry
• Proven track record of successful territory growth in an independent work environment
