Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of IQOS products through proactive customer engagement
• Educate adult smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco products
• Convert traditional tobacco users through demonstrations and guided trials
• Achieve sales targets set for the campaign
• Build strong customer relationships and positive experiences
• Support daily operations including stock management, reporting, and cash handling
• Maintain high brand and store standards

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Comfortable working with nicotine and nicotine brands
• Previous sales experience or strong natural ability to sell
• Confident in approaching and engaging new customers
• Tenacious with strong determination to hit targets
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• High energy and enthusiastic attitude
• Resilient with a strong work ethic
