Responsibilities
- Aggressively acquire and activate new SMB partners through daily cold field sweeps
- Perform territory mapping and commercial area analysis to optimize prospecting routes
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to final Terms & Conditions closing
- Maintain real-time accuracy of all sales activities and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Build trust-based relationships with business owners to ensure partner activation within 48 hours
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of uninterrupted experience in 100% cold Field Sales Hunter roles
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas (110%+)
- Experience in high-volume industries such as Fintech, Telecom, or B2B services
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, for pipeline management
- Ability to translate monthly GMV quotas into actionable daily execution plans
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics like Origination Rate and Visit-to-Close ratio
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outbound acquisition within fast-paced environments
- Expertise in consultative selling and overcoming complex merchant objections
