Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive aggressive expansion of Addi's partner network within the SMB segment through cold prospecting and in-field activation
• Conduct daily targeted cold field sweeps to identify, contact, and close SMB Merchants
• Perform territory mapping and commercial area analysis to optimize prospecting routes
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to final Terms & Conditions closing
• Maintain real-time logging of all sales activities and data in Salesforce
• Build trust-based relationships with business owners to ensure rapid partner activation

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of uninterrupted experience in 100% cold Field Sales Hunter roles
• Proven track record of consistently over-executing sales quotas (110%+)
• Experience in high-volume industries such as Fintech, Telecom, or B2B services
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management
• Ability to translate monthly GMV quotas into actionable daily execution plans
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics like Origination Rate and Visit-to-Close ratio

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outbound acquisition and street sales
• Expertise in consultative selling and stakeholder influence
• Ability to manage complex objections regarding cost and competition
