Field Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Comcast products including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home services
• Conduct residential canvassing by knocking on doors within assigned territories to engage potential customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with property management for sales to multiple dwelling units
• Evaluate customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and competitive comparisons
• Execute turf management plans and independently organize daily sales activities to meet and exceed goals
• Utilize technical tools, including billing systems and databases, to manage sales processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant sales or residential canvassing experience
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions
• Strong technical capability with proficiency in computer systems and databases
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as necessary
