About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the key contact for Retailers, SMC, and Retailer.com
- Execute brand campaign rollouts and department store notices for product information and program execution
- Manage events by consolidating schedules, booking locations, monitoring reservations, and producing analysis reports
- Conduct livestream programs on retailer online platforms
- Plan collaborative programs for DS/SMC channels
- Arrange advertising exposure including store mailers, DM ads, banners, campaigns, and outposts
- Collect and monitor retailer and competitor promotion materials
- Verify and check DS expenses deduction
Requirements
- University Bachelor's Degree or above in a business-related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of proven retail sales planning experience within a large multinational corporation or matrix organization
- Strong business acumen with a cost-conscious, result-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
