About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospecting through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to doctors in the Naples area
- Qualifying leads and managing follow-ups to advance the sales pipeline
- Conducting product demos in medical offices, focusing on relevant benefits
- Managing objections and guiding prospects toward quick decisions
- Handling the full sales cycle from presentation to contract signature
- Acting as a point of contact during product installation and initial training
- Updating CRM and monitoring KPIs such as conversion and win rates
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales or new business development
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Valid driver's license and availability for travel within the assigned area
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Interest in the healthcare sector
- Proficiency in English
