About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate new opportunities
  • Qualifying leads and managing follow-ups to advance the sales pipeline
  • Visiting medical offices to conduct product demos and address objections
  • Managing the full sales cycle from presentation to contract signature
  • Acting as a point of contact during initial product installation and training
  • Updating CRM and monitoring KPIs such as conversion and win rates

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in field sales or new business development
  • Result-oriented mindset with experience managing KPIs
  • Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the assigned area
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or strong interest in the healthcare sector
  • Good level of English
