About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospecting through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate new opportunities
- Qualifying leads and managing follow-ups to advance the sales pipeline
- Visiting medical offices to conduct product demos and address objections
- Managing the full sales cycle from presentation to contract signature
- Acting as a point of contact during initial product installation and training
- Updating CRM and monitoring KPIs such as conversion and win rates
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales or new business development
- Result-oriented mindset with experience managing KPIs
- Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the assigned area
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in the healthcare sector
- Good level of English
