Field Sales

Responsibilities

• Approach colleges to connect with Deans, HODs, and TPOs to demonstrate NIIT's value
• Organize sessions, events, and webinars for students regarding career programs
• Counsel potential learners, including final-year students and unemployed graduates, on career paths
• Promote the effectiveness of NIIT's online learning model
• Manage the complete sales closing lifecycle, including calls, demonstrations, and post-sales relationships
• Maintain detailed lead interaction databases within the CRM

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• High dedication and determination
• Experience in EdTech or field sales is an advantage
• Ability to build sales funnels and track feedback
• Willingness to travel and work on the field
