About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the efforts of Field Sales Executives to achieve institutional goals
- Train, guide, and orient Sales Executives to ensure they meet their individual objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly targets
- Manage key performance indicators including annual income, base, pre-placement, and digital sales
- Oversee total sales across all draws and ensure effective collection processes
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel management
- Proven knowledge in the commercial/sales area
- Proficiency in technology and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a service-oriented attitude
