Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal product placement and availability at the point of sale (shelves, coolers, and additional placements)
• Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones
• Drive sustainable distribution of the entire product portfolio across retail, gas stations, and wholesale channels
• Act as the face of Red Bull in the field, ensuring the brand is presented at its best

Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training
• Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in LEH (Retail) or FMCG is preferred
• Residency within the assigned sales territory
• Proficiency in MS Office, iPhone, and iPad
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Willingness to travel 90-100% of the time
• Ability to work independently and with high self-motivation
