Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs)
• Provide daily coaching, mentorship, and accountability to build a high-performance culture
• Manage daily field deployment and optimize territory coverage
• Set, track, and drive individual and team KPIs
• Execute field sales strategies to maximize market penetration
• Develop and iterate sales scripts, presentations, and messaging
• Design and lead training programs for team development
• Track and report key performance metrics to leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of field sales or direct marketing experience
• 2+ years of sales team management experience
• Proven record leading successful, high-output teams
• Strong knowledge of territory management and CRM systems
• Excellent skills in training, coaching, and team development
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement
• Background in sales training and development
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with Tucson/Southern Arizona market
