Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the national Product Specialist team to achieve maximum profitability and growth
• Provide sales coaching, tactical support, and leadership to maximize customer engagement
• Meet company performance expectations within assigned personal sales territories
• Drive sales growth through hands-on involvement in tenders, contracts, and field visits
• Assist in developing sales strategies, forecasts, and budgets
• Provide regular reporting, analytics, and administrative activity
• Manage the onboarding and probation periods for new employees
• Support the Quality Management system, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor and manage team performance against KPIs and business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience
• High level of business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to travel at short notice, including local and international travel
• Strong ability to communicate and liaise with senior professionals within the business
• Commitment to ongoing professional training
