About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the national Product Specialist team to achieve maximum profitability and growth
- Provide sales coaching, skill development, and tactical support to team members
- Drive sales growth through hands-on involvement in the field and customer engagement
- Manage personal sales territory performance while meeting company expectations
- Lead tenders, contracts, and assist in developing sales strategies, forecasts, and budgets
- Provide regular reporting, analytics, and administrative activity
- Oversee the onboarding and probation periods for new employees
- Manage team performance against KPIs, goals, and objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience
- High level of business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel at short notice, including local and international travel
- Commitment to ongoing professional training and development
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior professionals within the business
