Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Conduct in-depth consultations to provide tailored solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations and prepare proposals and quotations
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in oil and gas or related industry
- Proven experience in field-based sales within construction or industrial services
- Strong understanding of construction, maintenance, and turnaround services
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 30% within the region
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
