About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of card terminals and payment acceptance solutions (e.g., Mastercard, VISA) to stationary retail and e-commerce sectors
- Execute independent new customer acquisition within the SME segment through warm leads and structured cold calling
- Continuously expand and maintain your own customer base and relevant business contacts
- Create offers and orders in compliance with defined sales processes
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all activities within the CRM system
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in direct sales, ideally focusing on new customer acquisition and cold calling
- Proven ability to generate leads independently and reliably achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling objections
- High level of resilience and perseverance when dealing with rejection
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative and a strong focus on closing deals
- Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel within Germany
- Fluent German language skills
