Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of card terminals and payment acceptance solutions (e.g., Mastercard, VISA) to stationary retail and e-commerce sectors
• Execute independent new customer acquisition within the SME segment through warm leads and structured cold calling
• Continuously expand and maintain your own customer base and relevant business contacts
• Create offers and orders in compliance with defined sales processes
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all activities within the CRM system

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in direct sales, ideally focusing on new customer acquisition and cold calling
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and reliably achieve sales targets
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling objections
• High level of resilience and perseverance when dealing with rejection
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative and a strong focus on closing deals
• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel within Germany
• Fluent German language skills
