Responsibilities
- Acquire customers in the field and convince them of our innovative energy solutions
- Collect technical data from customers to assess the feasibility of solutions
- Continuously expand your customer base by growing your professional network
- Convert offers into successful orders through persuasive sales conversations
- Optimize performance through regular feedback sessions with leadership
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales of complex solutions, ideally in field service
- Sympathetic, open-minded, and strong communication skills
- Success-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
- High level of proactive self-motivation
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Business-fluent German (verbal and written)
