Responsibilities

• Acquire customers in the field and convince them of our innovative energy solutions
• Collect technical data from customers to assess the feasibility of solutions
• Continuously expand your customer base by growing your network
• Convert offers into successful orders through persuasive sales conversations
• Optimize performance through regular feedback sessions with leadership

Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales of complex solutions, ideally in field service
• Sympathetic, open, and strong communication skills
• Success-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
• High level of proactive self-motivation
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Business-fluent German (verbal and written)
