Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end market rollout process including turf mapping, permits, and tech stack configuration
- Build and manage the lead routing engine to move qualified dispositions to inside sales
- Carve territories using deal data, utility boundaries, and market density
- Manage compliance infrastructure including municipal solicitation permits and knocking rules
- Source and distribute field logistics such as tablets, mobile hotspots, and branded materials
- Track and analyze D2D channel performance metrics like rollout velocity and conversion rates
- Develop repeatable playbooks to scale D2D markets efficiently
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in sales operations, field operations, or enablement
- Proven track record of scaling repeatable processes across multiple markets
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including complex workflows and automated routing
- Experience with field apps like SalesRabbit, Spotio, or Badger is a plus
- Compliance-first mindset with an understanding of regulated market risks
- Ability to work in-person in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2D or outside sales operations
- Data fluency with tools such as SQL, BigQuery, or Grafana
