Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end market rollout process including turf mapping, permits, and tech stack configuration
  • Build and manage the lead routing engine to move qualified dispositions to inside sales
  • Carve territories using deal data, utility boundaries, and market density
  • Manage compliance infrastructure including municipal solicitation permits and knocking rules
  • Source and distribute field logistics such as tablets, mobile hotspots, and branded materials
  • Track and analyze D2D channel performance metrics like rollout velocity and conversion rates
  • Develop repeatable playbooks to scale D2D markets efficiently

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in sales operations, field operations, or enablement
  • Proven track record of scaling repeatable processes across multiple markets
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including complex workflows and automated routing
  • Experience with field apps like SalesRabbit, Spotio, or Badger is a plus
  • Compliance-first mindset with an understanding of regulated market risks
  • Ability to work in-person in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in D2D or outside sales operations
  • Data fluency with tools such as SQL, BigQuery, or Grafana
