About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective territory coverage by visiting all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies.
  • Drive in-store presence following Red Bull Perfect Store standards, focusing on availability, visibility, and additional placements.
  • Amplify Red Bull cooler installation within stores to maximize brand impact.
  • Manage orders and stock levels to ensure products are always available on the shelf.
  • Execute agreed promotional activities and propose regional promotions to store managers.
  • Complete all administrative tasks, reporting, and implementation of Head Office agreements accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • 2 years of FMCG experience (branded or retail).
  • Clear understanding of Off-Premise channels.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a basic understanding of commercial maths.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • University Degree.
  • Valid driving license (Car & Auto bike).
  • Ability to travel 60-70% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (Business level).
