Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute the On Trade commercial strategy in the Alicante area to drive volume and profitability.
• Ensure efficient coverage of key Hospitality Points of Sale (POS) within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with decision-makers, including owners, bartenders, and floor managers.
• Implement brand activations and events to strengthen market positioning and recruit new consumers.
• Develop and supervise Joint Business Plans (JBPs) focused on volume, visibility, and execution.
• Monitor and measure area performance against KPIs, suggesting improvement plans to reach goals.
• Drive product rotation and visibility to maximize brand presence in the market.

Requirements

• Passion for sales and a strong desire to grow within the spirits sector.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English (B1 level).
• Valid Spanish driver's license.
• Experience in the hospitality channel is considered a plus.
