About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market hunting activities to acquire new SMB customers
  • Perform a minimum of 20 cold call meetings per day with HR and key decision-makers
  • Achieve monthly closing targets to drive business growth
  • Update all meeting details in the CRM on a real-time basis
  • Report to the designated location every morning punctually

Requirements

  • Graduation or 12th pass
  • 0-1 years of professional experience
  • Mandatory possession of a bike and a valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field activities
  • Strong negotiation, lead generation, and "street smart" skills
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer acquisition
  • Background in FMCG or online payment applications
