About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct market hunting activities to acquire new SMB customers
- Perform a minimum of 20 cold call meetings per day with HR and key decision-makers
- Achieve monthly closing targets to drive business growth
- Update all meeting details in the CRM on a real-time basis
- Report to the designated location every morning punctually
Requirements
- Graduation or 12th pass
- 0-1 years of professional experience
- Mandatory possession of a bike and a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively for field activities
- Strong negotiation, lead generation, and "street smart" skills
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer acquisition
- Background in FMCG or online payment applications
