About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote, develop, and ensure sales results within the olive-oil processing sector
  • Coordinate and develop promotional and sales activities alongside Partners, including System Integrators, Distributors, and Agencies
  • Manage key End Customers and identify business development opportunities
  • Travel within Italy (primarily southern regions) approximately 70% of the time
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Center in Poggibonsi on project management, stock forecasting, and technical sales support

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in the food industry
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales
  • University degree
  • Category B driving license
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage a complex network of partners
  • Business-development mindset with the ability to identify and follow up on priorities
