About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote, develop, and ensure sales results within the olive-oil processing sector
- Coordinate and develop promotional and sales activities alongside Partners, including System Integrators, Distributors, and Agencies
- Manage key End Customers and identify business development opportunities
- Travel within Italy (primarily southern regions) approximately 70% of the time
- Collaborate closely with the Business Center in Poggibonsi on project management, stock forecasting, and technical sales support
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in the food industry
- 3–5 years of experience in sales
- University degree
- Category B driving license
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage a complex network of partners
- Business-development mindset with the ability to identify and follow up on priorities
