About the role

Responsibilities

  • Direct and deploy a regional high-performing Strikeforce team to drive sales performance.
  • Oversee turf management, new release coverage, and expansion build coordination.
  • Partner with third-party direct sales and cross-functional teams to plan assignments and ensure timely sales coverage.
  • Plan and manage sales blitzes, special events, and targeted knocking initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards for activity, new hire progress, and performance reporting.
  • Manage the pipeline and forecast for Product Sales Support & Analysis.
  • Standardize workflows, documentation, and execution practices across the region.
  • Interface with internal groups including Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales leadership or development.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and team leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage complex logistics, staffing, and territory assignments.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered.
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary.
