Field Sales Customer Manager

Responsibilities

• Create sales strategies for regional customers in accordance with company policy
• Manage FSD sales trade for assigned customers
• Conduct regular and efficient customer visits to identify needs
• Increase turnover, margin, basket width, and order frequency of existing customers
• Perform studies to acquire potential new customers
• Ensure long-term customer loyalty by responding to needs, demands, and complaints with appropriate offers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a university
• At least 3 years of experience in field customer management
• High negotiation and persuasion skills
• Analytical, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
• Strong commercial perspective and desire to achieve sales targets
• Ability to follow market trends, competition, and industry innovations
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Valid Class B driver's license and active driving skills
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
• Resident in or able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side
