Field Sales Consultant, Medical

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach to healthcare practitioners to grow and develop the account base
• Onboard new customers and increase sales depth within existing accounts
• Plan and implement strategies to increase market share using company resources and team assets
• Conduct regular face-to-face contact with all assigned accounts
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Attend medical conventions and participate in training programs to enhance business acumen

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and create sales opportunities
• Comfort with cold calling and driving meaningful conversations with prospective customers
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Valid US Driver's License
• Ability to travel extensively within a specific geographic territory
