About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support existing dental customers within the assigned territory in Mecklenburg Vorpommern.
  • Present a diverse product portfolio including medical products, practice equipment, and various services.
  • Conduct systematic new customer acquisition to continuously expand the client base.
  • Lead sales negotiations and build long-term, partner-based customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate new products and provide technical instruction for complex equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate sales measures and promotional activities.
  • Manage order processing in close collaboration with internal specialist departments.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and success, ideally with high-value investment goods or dental/medical technology.
  • Completed vocational training or a degree, preferably in a medical technology field.
  • Strong technical understanding of medical equipment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with high levels of determination and persuasiveness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B or 3).
