Field Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage all B2B sales activities within a specific Missouri territory to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals through active execution of sales initiatives.
• Conduct regular face-to-face consultative meetings and business reviews with existing customers.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Implement effective strategies using CRM, CMS, and predictive sales tools to increase market share.
• Represent the company at dental conventions, seminars, and industry events to build deeper customer relationships.

Requirements

• Professional selling skills and ability to build consultative client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with potential customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer software.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform extensive travel within the assigned geographic territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior sales experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
• Experience in client prospecting and account management.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
