About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all B2B sales activities within a specific Missouri territory to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals through active execution of sales initiatives.
- Conduct regular face-to-face consultative meetings and business reviews with existing customers.
- Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Implement effective strategies using CRM, CMS, and predictive sales tools to increase market share.
- Represent the company at dental conventions, seminars, and industry events to build deeper customer relationships.
Requirements
- Professional selling skills and ability to build consultative client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with potential customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform extensive travel within the assigned geographic territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of prior sales experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
- Experience in client prospecting and account management.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
