About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all B2B sales activities within a specific territory to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals through active execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face consultative meetings and business reviews with existing customers.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Utilize CRM, Content Management Systems, and predictive sales tools to implement market share growth strategies.
  • Represent the company at dental conventions, seminars, and industry events to build deep customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Professional selling skills with a proven ability to connect and interact with potential customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer software.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within a specific geographic territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of prior sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Experience in client prospecting and account management.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
