Field Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Comcast products including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home through residential canvassing
• Manage assigned territories by knocking on doors and executing turf management plans independently
• Develop rapport with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
• Meet and exceed sales goals and installation targets established by the local market
• Maintain expert knowledge of Comcast products, pricing models, and competitive advantages
• Utilize technical tools, including computers and databases, to manage sales activities and customer information

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant sales or residential canvassing experience
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in various weather conditions
• Strong technical capability with computers, billing systems, and databases
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
