About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a specialist consultant for customers regarding agricultural topics
- Sell the extensive BayWa product range within your sales territory
- Maintain and expand customer relationships and acquire new customers
- Create and follow up on customized offers
- Monitor market and competitor developments to achieve sales targets
- Present new agricultural products at trade fairs and events
Requirements
- Degree in agriculture or commercial/agricultural vocational training
- Passion for sales and active customer contact
- Deep knowledge of the agricultural sector and target group (farmers)
- Confident, communicative, and persuasive demeanor
- Enthusiasm for selling agricultural products
