Field Sales Consultant Agriculture

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialist consultant for customers regarding agricultural topics
• Sell the extensive BayWa product range within the assigned sales territory
• Maintain and develop customer relationships through creativity and engagement
• Acquire new customers to expand market position
• Create and follow up on customized offers
• Monitor market and competitor developments to achieve sales targets
• Present new agricultural products at trade fairs and events

Requirements

• Degree in agriculture or commercial/agricultural vocational training
• Passion for sales and active customer contact
• Deep knowledge of the agricultural sector and target group (farmers)
• Ideally previous experience in the agricultural industry
• Confident, communicative, and persuasive demeanor
