About the role
Responsibilities
- Strengthen key account relationships through regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs
- Provide clinical support and procedural observation to physicians, nurses, and technicians
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and Sales Management to assess business conditions and sales trends
- Drive utilization of targeted Urology technologies across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute proactive service plans to maintain market share and enhance customer satisfaction
- Support professional education initiatives by participating in on-site and field training workshops
- Manage expense and promotional budgets in accordance with company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and field reports using Salesforce and Tableau
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company integrity standards and AdvaMed policies
Requirements
- Self-starter with strong leadership qualities and high coachability
- Proven ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Skilled in building and maintaining professional customer relationships
- Flexible and adaptable to change; able to align work with strategic goals
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented professional
- Ability to commit to travel requirements, typically 40–50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of successful B2B sales experience
- Completion of a formal sales training program or relevant degree
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must reside within the assigned territory
