About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for strategic Marine and Power Plant key accounts, managing the entire commercial and technical relationship.
  • Drive synergetic sales by promoting both new capital equipment and aftermarket services/spare parts.
  • Take full ownership of end-to-end claim management, including customer disputes and technical complaints.
  • Coordinate with factories, quality assurance, and global Business Units to resolve issues and protect commercial relationships.
  • Collaborate across borders with Alfa Laval offices in shipbuilding nations (e.g., China, Korea, Japan) to secure newbuild projects.
  • Align with global Business Units through regular technical reviews to secure customized pricing and product updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic account management.
  • Expertise in technical relationship management within industrial sectors.
  • Experience in claim management and resolving complex customer disputes.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-border and international collaborative environments.
