Field Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by prospecting and acquiring new automotive dealerships across Andalusia and Extremadura
• Act as a strategic partner for mid-segment car dealerships to ensure long-term loyalty and organic growth
• Attract new clients within the automotive sector, including brands and associations
• Measure, track, and analyze client performance metrics to propose business improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Product, and Finance teams to optimize client experience
• Participate in defining sales processes and structures alongside the wider team

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of managing accounts and closing deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to business development
• Must possess a personal vehicle for travel
• Availability to travel throughout Andalusia and parts of Extremadura

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the automotive market
• Proficiency in English
• Experience working in technology environments or marketplaces
