Field Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Active and systematic acquisition of new customers from the hotel and gastronomy sectors
• Personal advice and support for existing customers
• Active sales of the product range, target group-oriented sales promotions, and service offerings
• Continuous market and competitor observation to identify potentials and opportunities
• Adjusting contracts to meet customer needs to support their revenue development

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy and/or commercial field
• Relevant professional experience in field sales, ideally in gastronomy or the food industry
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Market-oriented, customer-oriented, and strong negotiation skills
• Structured way of working and ability to handle challenging customer conversations
• Proficiency in MS Office and affinity for IT programs
• Very good German language skills
