About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed projected sales goals and territory quotas
  • Drive new account penetration and sales growth within the Knoxville, TN territory
  • Utilize a consultative selling style to uncover and meet customer needs
  • Maintain a disciplined call cycle with approximately 5-7 pre-set appointments per workday
  • Develop and execute effective business plans to grow territory business
  • Manage diagnostic contact lens sets, including installation, removal, and transport
  • Navigate sales and internal tools such as Salesforce, Showpad, and Tableau
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Participate in regional optical shows and industry events as requested

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs for managing product sets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time
