About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed projected sales goals and territory quotas
- Drive new account penetration and sales growth within the Knoxville, TN territory
- Utilize a consultative selling style to uncover and meet customer needs
- Maintain a disciplined call cycle with approximately 5-7 pre-set appointments per workday
- Develop and execute effective business plans to grow territory business
- Manage diagnostic contact lens sets, including installation, removal, and transport
- Navigate sales and internal tools such as Salesforce, Showpad, and Tableau
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Participate in regional optical shows and industry events as requested
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs for managing product sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time
