Field Robotics Operator

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and operation of robotic systems for cleaning, inspection, and repair of wind turbines
• Performing routine inspections on turbines to ensure performance and safety compliance
• Preventative maintenance on wind turbines and associated systems
• Fault diagnosis and resolution of technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Reporting and documentation of work completed, including repairs and maintenance
• Data management and uploading data to company servers
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards

Requirements

• Experience working in physically demanding environments
• Ability to perform hands-on field work in challenging industrial conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and medical physical
• Ability to climb wind turbines vertically up to 400+ feet
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50lbs
• Physical fitness for field work and emergency rescue scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military service
• GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT)
• GWO Sea Survival
• Experience with GE, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, or Nordex turbine operations
• LOTO experience
