Field Researcher (Survey Interviewer)

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with guests and collect data for all in-park research studies at outdoor areas
• Interact with guests on a daily basis and provide assistance if necessary

Requirements

• Matriculated/DSE or Tertiary education qualification
• Ability to conduct interviews to collect responses in a logical manner
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Ability to work shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) and perform outdoor work

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in customer service, field research, or telephone interviewing
• Tertiary education qualification in Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related fields
