Field Researcher

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with guests to collect data for in-park research studies in outdoor areas
• Interact with guests on a daily basis and provide assistance when necessary
• Work shifts according to a roster determined by the Company (Weekday part-time role)

Requirements

• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
• Ability to conduct interviews and collect responses in a logical manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in customer service, field research, or telephone interviewing
• Tertiary education qualification in Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field
