Responsibilities

• Monitor pollinator behavior and efficiency
• Collect floral resources for laboratory analysis
• Support the implementation and monitoring of experimental field trials according to protocols
• Monitor flowering progress and crop development through flower and fruit counts
• Mark plants, branches, and sampling points in the field
• Record field data in mobile applications and spreadsheets
• Perform fruit quality measurements including size, weight, and seed count
• Participate in experimental harvests
• Comply with safety protocols and use of PPE
• Maintain a field activity log

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy, Biology, or Biotechnology
• Full-time availability for seasonal work
• Experience with laboratory instruments and protocols
• Practical field experience (desirable)
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Own transportation (desirable)
• Resident of Tala, Jalisco (within 60km) or availability to relocate at own expense
