About the Company

Turning Point USA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2012 by Charlie Kirk. The organization’s mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government. TPUSA Communities is a department focused on building a nationwide network of local chapters that activate individuals and families to strengthen their communities.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to support the launch and growth of TPUSA Communities chapters across the Northeast
• Identify and help develop new Chapter Leaders in key cities
• Support newly launched chapters through hands-on training and follow-up
• Assist chapters with outreach, recruitment, and grassroots engagement efforts
• Ensure chapters are hosting consistent, high-quality events aligned with Communities standards
• Help plan, support, and execute events in developing markets
• Monitor chapter health and performance and provide ongoing support to leaders
• Track chapter activity, events, and engagement using internal systems
• Represent TPUSA Communities professionally at events and in the field

Requirements

• Experience in grassroots organizing, community leadership, or field operations
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of organization, follow-through, and accountability
• Alignment with TPUSA’s mission and values
• Ability to travel 45%–50% of the time
• Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 15 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching chapters, groups, or local initiatives
• Proven ability to recruit and develop volunteer leaders
• Strong event execution instincts and problem-solving ability
• Experience working in conservative or mission-driven organizations
