Field Representative

Responsibilities

• Register new voters and precinct committeemen/delegates
• Attend local GOP meetings and develop grassroots activist networks
• Import and organize data
• Conduct outreach to prospective members and activists
• Give oral presentations and represent the organization at events
• Develop new get out the vote plans and network on behalf of the organization

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
• Passion for conservative politics and election work
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to sign an NDA

Preferred Qualifications

• Past or present involvement in grassroots politics
• Field or territory management experience
• Experience starting campus organizations
• Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations
• Recruiting experience
