Field Representative

Responsibilities

• Register new voters and recruit precinct committeemen and delegates in the assigned territory
• Attend local GOP meetings and develop grassroots activist networks
• Import and organize data and conduct outreach to prospective members and activists
• Deliver oral presentations and represent the organization at events and conferences
• Develop new get-out-the-vote plans and network on behalf of the organization
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the success of voter registration and field program goals

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
• Passion for conservative politics and election work
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment
• Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Punctual, responsive, and ethical with corporate expense accounts
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to sign an NDA

Preferred Qualifications

• Past or present involvement in grassroots politics
• Field or territory management experience
• Experience starting campus organizations or leading conservative youth organizations
• Recruiting experience

Its mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with resources to elect conservative leaders. The organization supports local precinct-level engagement and offers voters access to information about candidates and elections.
