Field Representative

Responsibilities

• Register new voters and recruit precinct committeemen and delegates in the assigned territory
• Attend local GOP meetings and develop strong grassroots activist networks
• Import and organize data, conduct outreach to prospective members and activists
• Deliver oral presentations and represent the organization at events and conferences
• Develop get out the vote plans and network on behalf of the organization
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
• Passion for conservative politics and election work
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic and goal orientation
• Self starter and self motivated
• Punctual and very responsive
• Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts
• Valid Driver's license
• Subject to a background check and required to sign an NDA

Preferred Qualifications

• Past or present involvement in grassroots politics
• Field or territory management experience
• Experience starting campus organizations
• Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations
• Recruiting experience
