Field Reimbursement Manager - Pulm/Gastro

Responsibilities

• Support Health Care Practitioner offices in obtaining appropriate access to Regeneron products by navigating payer formularies and reimbursement processes.
• Act as a process and payer subject matter expert to support the healthcare provider segment.
• Execute strategic tactical plans for Alliance products access and reimbursement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
• Build relationships within targeted healthcare provider offices to resolve payer coverage issues and minimize barriers to access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations, including Sales Directors and Medical Specialists.
• Provide field insights to assist in the development of Market Access marketing support materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics working in a matrix environment.
• Minimum 2 years of direct reimbursement experience.
• Proven experience working with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network.
• Deep knowledge of CMS policies and processes, specifically expertise in Part D (Pharmacy Benefit design and coverage policy).
• Ability to reside within the assigned geographical territory (Knoxville, TN, Chattanooga, TN, and Johnson City, TN).
