Field Reimbursement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory to support reimbursement and patient services by assisting with drug reimbursement challenges.
• Provide on-site and on-demand education to medical office staff regarding reimbursement challenges, benefit investigations, and prior authorization processes.
• Educate providers on the payer landscape, including Medicare and commercial insurance coverage and benefit structures.
• Support case management, billing and coding updates, claims submission, and appeals assistance.
• Interface with physicians and manufacturer representatives to provide patient and provider-specific information.
• Monitor program performance and maintain a facility database within the CRM system.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience.
• Strong medical reimbursement experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance plans.
• Ability to travel 80% (approximately 4 days a week) via automobile or plane.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting oncology products.
• Previous field-based experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or account management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and web meeting platforms.
