Field Reimbursement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory supporting reimbursement and patient services for a specific drug
• Provide benefit investigation, prior authorization, claims assistance, and appeals support
• Educate physician offices on payer landscape, coverage, and available support services
• Deliver on-site and virtual training, presentations, and office education sessions
• Track activities, casework, and reporting in CRM systems and provide regular updates
• Coordinate with internal hub teams, case managers, manufacturers, and provider offices
• Research and compile provider and account information for reimbursement databases

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience
• Strong medical reimbursement experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy
• Knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance plans and benefit structures
• Experience with prior authorizations, claims adjudication, and appeals support
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting oncology products
• Previous field-based experience
• Account management experience
• Strong computer literacy, including PowerPoint and web meeting tools
